TOUGH TIMES (AN UNDERSTATMENT)
It goes without saying times are extremely uncertain these days. Even as we write up this article we’re unsure we’ll be able to keep the lights on in the months to come. Enough about us… We know so many others have it much harder than we do. The rG team found ourselves like most of you reading this article cooped up in our homes trying to keep busy, trying to keep motivated.
One thing for us is certain, there are companies out on the front lines keeping the rest of us fed, gas in the cars and food in the cupboards. The entire team at rG & our extended families are beyond appreciative for all you’re doing to keep our communities running!

We decided we want to help the companies, brands & hard workers serving our communities. We can help tell the story. We can help bring visibility to the safety procedures that these companies and businesses are adopting to continue to serve the public.

Solution - One man production team. Equipped with every safety precaution. The ultimate Run & Gun.
rG’s DP director took on the challenge. Equipped with a powerful cinema quality camera, lights & bare-bones tools, David set out to capture what was needed as fast as humanly possible!
Huge props to Dara Maleki, owner of The Pizza Press, for sharing the vision to showcase what they’re doing to provide safe, quality prepared food for the masses!
2 HOURS - IN & OUT OF THERE
We had to make this quick! We structured a production timeline and shot list and had a call time booked in less than a day. We knew what we had to do, we had the tools to do it - to show how Pizza Press, like so many other companies, are taking extreme precautions to keep our food safe and families provided for.
COMPLETION
TIMING IS EVERYTHING - RAPID TURNAROUND
No time to waist. While David was shooting the goods on the front lines, Chris Haag and the motion team were developing the typography & graphics to clearly inform the viewers. A clean visual flow and informative message is what we’re always striving for. To turn around these elements to companies that need this message now the most. This is our goal!
